• Celebration of the Tenth Anniversary of the Temple of Divine Love Ashram in São Paulo, from 01 to 03, 2025
The celebration of the first decade of the Temple of Divine Love Ashram will take place in São Paulo in a 3-day event with lectures, meditations, question and answer sessions and a fire ceremony.
For those who are going to participate in the event in São Paulo and Manaus, we suggest arriving in São Paulo on September 30th and planning your trip to Manaus on the 4th or on the morning of 5th.

This event is aimed at those initiated in Kriya Yoga in the lineage of Paramahamsa Hariharananda and Paramahamsa Prajnanananda.
• Kriya Yoga Amazon Retreat, in Manaus, Amazonas, from October 05 to 12, 2025.
SCHEDULE OF AMAZON RETREAT
The event will start on Sunday, oct 5th, in the afternoon and will end on Sunday, oct 12th, until 12pm. We suggest that you schedule your arrival in Manaus no later than 2pm on the 5th and that you leave Manaus on the 12th no earlier than 4pm.
October 5th – Sunday – (From the 5th to the 8th, participants will stay at the Tropical Executive Hotel in Manaus)

• Seminar : The importance of the Amazon for the planet
• Guruji’s public talk in Manaus
October 7th – Tuesday
• Visit to Presidente Figueiredo – discovering waterfalls and Amazonian caves (Amazon Museum)

• Boarding the Boat – Beginning of the Amazon immersion:
Meeting of the waters of the Negro and Solimões rivers, interaction with indigenous people, aarati and meditation on the riverbank.
• Overnight on the boat in intimate connection with nature
October 9th – Thursday
• 2nd day of the Amazon immersion:
Trekking in the jungle led by indigenous people, interaction and social project in a riverside community, aarati and meditation on the riverbank.
• Overnight stay on the boat in intimate connection with nature
October 10th – Friday
• 3rd day of the Amazon immersion: Meditation on board and Sunrise
• Sailing towards the Uiara Resort
• Opening of the retreat at the Resort
October 11th – Saturday
• Kriya Yoga Retreat at the Resort
October 12th – Sunday
• Last day of the retreat and closing of the event –
expected return to Manaus at 12:30 pm

To secure a place at the event in Amazonas, do I need to pay the registration fee in addition to filling out the form?
To secure your place, you must fill out the form, pay the registration fee and the amount corresponding to the agency.
What is the weather like in Manaus during the Retiro?
Temperatures range between 24°C and 33°C, with high humidity and infrequent rainfall.
Are any vaccinations required upon arrival in Manaus?
There are no mandatory vaccinations, but the yellow fever vaccine is highly recommended.
On what day, place and time should the participant purchase the round-trip ticket?

Can children participate?
Children are welcome to participate, but their care is the sole responsibility of their parents. The event organizers cannot provide staff for this purpose.
Will I receive a list of what I should bring and how to prepare for this trip?
Yes. Once registration is confirmed, all participants will be provided with a checklist of important items and tips for the trip.
How will I get from the airport to the hotel?
The organization negotiated with the local taxi cooperative for this transportation. Ideally, a taxi will depart for every three or four passengers to the hotel. The cost of this transportation will be R$60.00 divided among three or four people, depending on the amount of luggage.
When filling out the form, I noticed it states that couples will be in the same room, but it indicates that they may not be able to stay together. How can we ensure we stay in the same room? Is the form completed individually or just for the couple?
Regarding this question, our priority is to accommodate couples in the same room. However, since the hotel layout varies between double and triple rooms, this logistics will depend on the number of applicants and the demand for double rooms. However, we believe there will be no problems.

Is food included in the events at Amazonas?
All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) during the event will be provided by the organization and are part of the registration fee. The food will be vegetarian.
Could you send me details of the boat?
The rented boat has a capacity for 750 people, is equipped with bathrooms and showers, a kitchen, and a dining area, and will be for the exclusive use of retreat participants. Participants will sleep in hammocks. The boat also has some rooms, which will be reserved for people with physical disabilities who cannot sleep in hammocks. The number of rooms is very limited.
What will the jungle trekking described in the schedule be like?
It will be a light, contemplative walk through the Amazon forest, lasting around 2 hours, guided by indigenous people.
